Meet Griffin: this handsome boy was dumped by a previous owner on the property of our shelter. We found him sniffing around our kennels and he's been with us since. Homes for 'throw-away' animals in Mozambique are severely limited and we are desperate to find a home for our beloved Griffin. We believe his ideal home would be with no other pets and older or no children. He is basic trained and gentle on the lead. Because he came from an unknown background we can only speculate on his upbringing however dogfighting and abuse is prevalent here and we suspect he was destined to that fate at one point or another. We are now overflowing with animals in need and sadly need to consider euthanasia of our unadoptable dogs. Griffin has been with us for over 7months! It has become clear there is no home for him here and we are now asking the international community to please come forth and offer a good, safe and loving home for Griffin before its too late. Its our desperate attempt at a last resort solution... We will waive the adoption fee for anyone interested should they make their own travel arrangements but we will also be willing to discuss paying for part/all of the transport anywhere in the world if the right home is found.
